Risotto with radicchio and sausage
Quick and easy dish, risotto with radicchio and sausage can be considered a truly complete meal. Here's how to cook:
- A cup of rice
- A head of radicchio
- Two sausages
- Vegetable broth

PREPARATION
1. Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan.
2. Remove the casing to sausages sbriciolatele and let brown in butter.
3. Cut the radicchio into strips and add to sausage.
4. After leaving dry the radicchio, add the cup of rice.
5. Proceed to the preparation of risotto as usual, adding salt, pepper and adding
dd vegetable broth until cooked.
6. Turn off the heat, add a bit of butter, pour into dishes and sprinkle to taste with the grain.
